Risk Management Officer & Director
Varnika is currently pursuing a degree in Medical Science and holds a Certificate 4 in Disability. As the Risk Management Officer at PEARL CARE SUPPORT, Varnika is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could affect the organization. She ensures the development and implementation of effective risk management policies, conducts thorough risk assessments, and provides recommendations to minimize potential risks. Varnika works collaboratively across all departments to maintain compliance with industry regulations and fosters a culture of risk awareness within the organization.
Aman Kaushal
Finance Manager & Director
Aman brings extensive experience in finance and customer support to his role as the Finance Manager and Director at PEARL CARE SUPPORT. Aman looks after the company’s financial health, making key corporate decisions and managing overall operations and resources. As a key point of communication between management and corporate operations, Aman ensures the smooth functioning of PEARL CARE SUPPORT, guiding the company’s strategic direction. His commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s success.
Lalita Devi
HR Manager & Director
With a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care, Lalita excels as the HR Manager and Director at PEARL CARE SUPPORT. Lalita is dedicated to leading the organization’s operations and workforce, ensuring productivity and efficiency through thoughtful management. She looks after employee supervision, the implementation of business strategies, and the continuous evaluation of company performance. Lalita’s leadership ensures that PEARL CARE SUPPORT maintains a high level of employee satisfaction and operational success, contributing to the overall growth and impact of the organization.

Community Access
We believe in social inclusion. Our community access programs encourage participants to engage in recreational activities, explore their interests, and build meaningful connections within their communities.
Transport Assistance
We assist participants in planning and accessing transportation for medical appointments, social outings, or other essential travel needs
